This is an idea/a work in progress. I would love feedback. I am interested in how we take lines. Patterns in the way we walk and how we turn a corner. The first part of the music brings me back to an old friend I don't know anymore. Anyway he alway said that this band's music was his soundtrack when he was walking. I can see why. The other to me are those random thoughts that go through our head. This is a diamond in a major rough patch.

Watching people walk outside my window, is major hobby of mine, so I could watch this forever. But this piece also interests me because you are dealing with formal issues as well, something I think often gets neglected in the web videos but takes over in a lot of the gallery video. I like the use of that corner in the frame. the movement around it makes a very dynamic (reminds you of depth in space rather than mere screen surface) moving composition rather than having people going back and forth..it also means something different, less about about the mundane/passage of time and more about each unique walk/walker. I noticed how as the music changes it changes how I feel about the walker. Music has such a profound effect on how we percieve of the moving images, change in music changes everything.

love your experimentation.
for what it is worth, i found that after like 40 seconds, my attention wandered...a lot.
maybe it was the music.
maybe with videos we get used to things changing faster.
i love the concept....
keep polishing that diamond.
